Subscriptions Sales Representative

Franklin Wireless is expanding our product line and are looking for a solid candidate to fulfill the role of Subscription Sales.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote our company or brand's products thru various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to their audience.

Construct sales pitches and presentations.

Meet quarterly sales goals
-
responsible for uncovering new prospects and developing current opportunities to solve customer problems and enhance their business, primarily through our software ware solutions products.

Acquire and maintain knowledge of the industrial and Franklin Wireless software solutions products
-
Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.

Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.

Solicits information about the needs from customers.

Negotiate price for the sale agreement

Demonstrate product features before a sale.

Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.

Help customers maximize the use of software features.

Advise on appropriate user training, and provide training as needed

Ask questions to identify needs and qualify leads
-
Offer benefit-driven solutions based on needs
-
Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.

Contact customers and prospects by telephone, email, etc.

Stay abreast of market trends.

Assist with the company helpline.

Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.

Document prospect information, conversation details, and outcomes

Schedule follow-up activities with customers and prospects

Previous customer service experience, technical sales, ecommerce experience

A desire to help others

Well-developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
