Coverage begins on the original retail purchase date.
Warranty
1-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.
Franklin Access devices are designed for reliable service. If a covered device fails because of a material or workmanship defect during the first twelve months from purchase, the product may be repaired or replaced under the limited warranty terms.
The limited warranty is for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Covered defects may be resolved with a new or refurbished product at the Company's discretion.

When the warranty applies, Franklin Wireless Corp. may repair or replace the covered product without charging for parts and labor directly related to the covered defect. The replacement product may be new or refurbished.

The Company is not responsible for removal or reinstallation of the product, geographic coverage, inadequate signal reception by the antenna, communications range, or operation of the cellular system as a whole.
The Company's liability under this limited warranty is limited to repair or replacement and will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Implied warranties may be limited to the duration of the written warranty, and special, consequential, or incidental damages may be excluded where allowed by law.
