Franklin Wireless is growing and changing from a Hardware company to a Software Solutions based product line. Are you ready to start your Sales career? Become a Sales Representative at Franklin Wireless We are focused on solving the wireless connectivity issues of our customers.


In this position, 

You will be responsible for uncovering new prospects and developing current opportunities to solve customer problems and enhance their business, primarily through our software ware solutions products. You must have a passion for technology and how it supports people and organizations, a desire to build strong and lasting relationships, and a talent for taking complex concepts and explaining them in a clear, straightforward way to engage your audience.

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of the industrial and Franklin Wireless  software solutions  products

  • Represent Franklin Wireless  in a professional manner to customers and prospects

  • Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.

  • Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.

  • Solicits information about the needs from customers.

  • Negotiate price for the sale.

  • Construct sales pitches and presentations.

  • Stay abreast of market trends.

  • Assist with the company helpline.

  • Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.

  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.

  • Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.

  • Negotiate a Sales agreement.

  • Help customers maximize the use of software features.

  • Advise on appropriate user training.

  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.

  • Contact customers and prospects by telephone and email

  • Ask questions to identify needs and qualify leads

  • Offer benefit-driven solutions based on needs

  • Document prospect information, conversation details, and outcomes

  • Schedule follow-up activities with customers and prospects

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

  • One to three years of related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.



  • Some college, Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience

  • A desire to help others

  • Well-developed listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Willingness to work as part of a team

  • Openness to receiving frequent feedback

  •  Professional, outgoing, persistent, and articulate; ability to manage client interactions in a courteous manner with tact and diplomacy.

Self-starter who works equally well independently and when collaborating with others.
