Franklin Wireless, a small publicly traded telecom company located in Sorrento Valley is currently looking for an experienced person to join our account management team. 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

Pintrac Pre Sales:

• Send Data sheets, presentations

• Prepare bundles based on applications and send quotes

• Discuss opportunities internally to see the feasibility of changes and development

• Discuss internally for price approvals before quoting clients

• Prepare quarterly email broadcast

 

Sales Support:         

• Pre-Sale enablement (Job Aids and Tools) 

• Implementation enablement (Job Aids and Tools)

• Implementation assistance

  • Coordinating device lists with carriers and resellers

  • Assisting accounts in setting up their configurations

• Price Quotes

• Demo Account Set Up

• Set up and logistics meetings

• Preparing workbooks and bulk uploads

Sales:

• Work with Distributors to emphasize on new features and existing features

• Discuss new application opportunities. 

• Identify accounts which are expiring and contact them for continued business / renewal

• New software feature sales : content filtering

• New hardware features sale: Kiosk applications

• Understand T Mobile activation discounts and position pricing

Customer Service & Tech Support

• Phone and email 

• Enablement (Job Aids and Tools)

• Zoom trainings

• Device Swap Outs 

• Adding new device

• Removing / Delete contract ending devices

• Assist in testing out the samples, flashing devices, firmware updates

• Co-ordinate with engineering for firmware update tools when necessary.

Billing and Invoice

• Forward purchase orders to accounting

• Invoice reconciliation against accounts/usage

• Payment collection and discussion with distributors
