Accounting Specialists 

Franklin Wireless Corp (www.franklinwireless.com) is looking for a accounting Specialists with a strong accounting background in accounts payable and more as we are small group and so we all pitch in where needed.

This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following basic summary of duties. 

Accounts payable responsibilities, expenses reimbursements, provide related reports to HR for payroll processing.

Cash Management functions of the company 

Credit Card Management relating to the company credit cards.

Interface with Operations Director in the Purchasing supplies and provide support services for our engineering and development department needs.

Asset Management – including making sure we file required documents on time with regulatory agencies. 

Business travel – from approval to booking to reconciliation expense. 

this area is responsible for the quarterly and annual financial filing and so area will be working closely with our auditors and so being able to meet deadlines is essential. 

Will assist the president as needed in special projects and presentations. 

The person should have a good background in accounts payable, understanding of GAAP – as we are a public traded company along with the basic duties listed above. 

The person MUST have experience in accrual base accounting / not cash base., and a sold working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Bilingual – Korean and Good command of the English language as we interface with our Korean operations besides those operations located in the United States 

We operate Monday thru Friday 9 am – 6 Pm daily and are located in Sorrento valley here in San Diego

While the actual salary will be based upon experience the starting salary be $21 – 28 /hr
