Product Manager – Telecommunications

Franklin Wireless ( is looking for a few dependable Professionals with expertise in Product Management within the telecommunications industry and will consistently ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Our ideal candidates are those already actively engaged in the wireless technology community.

Our Staff is successfully planning, scheduling, implementation and delivering of the company’s present and future product line for the entire life cycle of numerous multi-million-dollar technical development projects.


Our staff will directly interface with our carrier’s product development, compliance, quality management teams, multi-functional engineering teams through requirements, development, LAB, feature submission, certification, troubleshooting to successful acceptance, product launch our product and to ensure all the products requirements and specifications are understood and met in order to meet the project milestones


Communicate to all our client(s) product release schedules and managed client product plans by supplying weekly progress reports to each team.


Continuously provided technical support to customer including implementation enhancement and troubleshooting, Q/A, field testing of products and working with our manufacturer to ensure the quality of our products.


Assist sales, marketing teams in product demos, training, and after-sales supports


Skill set need besides the usual good verbal / written communication skills, an educational background in Business or Computer science


Experience in wireless / cellular technologies, such as LTE, 5G is preferred.


Experience in managing wireless device development, planning, HW and SW development


Experience in produce commercialization such as documentation, packing management 


Experience in product certification such as regulatory certification, carrier’s certification, lab test etc.


Have good command of the English language, Bilingual (Korean) a plus but not required 


The candidate will be well versed in the different wireless technologies of the industry as you will be interfacing with wireless system and software engineering staff at our customer’s headquarters or their test laboratories.


Ability to work in fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, present to various levels of management and a team player


This person will be working out of our headquarters here in San Diego and we enforce CDC guidelines when it comes to the wearing of Masks while in office and we recommend all employees are vaccinated 


Normal working hours as M-F 9-6 PM-
