Account Executive – Telecommunications
Franklin Wireless (www.franklinwireless.com) is looking to fill an Account Executive Positions in our San Diego Headquarters to help spread the benefits of IoT and 5 G in the marketplace thru a specific set of Telecommunication carriers in located through US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe
The AE will be responsible for
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to upsell additional products and/or services to new and existing clients. Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
Servicing customers before, during, and after-sale; including but not limited to answering questions, making follow-up calls, etc. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales and push for results.
Candidate must have a demonstrable ability to make professional presentations to customers and prospects with the skill to communicate complex technical issues in simple terms.
Understand the wireless technology concepts, including CDMA, LTE, HSPA, and UMTS
Have a proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment.
You will also be responsible for searching and identifying those new companies who will be able to utilize our technology in the wireless IoT sector (B2B, M2M) of the economy.
You will also be responsible to provide support (account related and some technical) to our customer base.
Experience/understanding of the wireless industry is necessary, and whose skills and experience either as a carrier, distributor, or directly within the carrier system
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required in addition to being fluent in Microsoft Office. Adaptability, problem-solving personality, troubleshooting skills, and self-motivation are required to work effectively under pressure and with teams throughout the organization.
At the present time, there is no travel until such time as the issue of Coronavirus is under control. Once that happens travel will be on a case-by-case basis.
This person will work in the facility and the company follows strict CDC guidelines and masks are required to be worn while in the building.
